This website, IrishDrivingSchools.ie, is operated by KaalmoConnect Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 812097), registered office 77 Camden Street Lower, Saint Kevin's, Dublin, D02 XE80. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact: info@irishdrivingschools.ie.

We are an independent directory connecting learner drivers with RSA approved driving schools and ADI instructors in Ireland. We do not provide lessons, training, or licensing services ourselves.

• From learners making an enquiry: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), county, and any message you submit through a callback or enquiry form.
• When you reveal a school's contact details: we log that the reveal occurred, which listing it related to, and the date and time. This may include limited technical data such as your IP address.
• When you submit a review: your email address, used only to verify the review is genuine.
• Listing data: we source school and instructor details (name, business name, ADI number, contact details, licence categories and counties covered) from the publicly available Register of Approved Driving Instructors maintained by the Road Safety Authority.

We do not operate learner accounts and do not require learners to register.

• To pass your enquiry to the relevant school or instructor and let them contact you — consent, given when you submit the form and tick the consent box.
• To operate, secure and improve the directory and understand demand — legitimate interests.
• To list schools and instructors from the public RSA register — legitimate interests in operating a public-information directory, relying on data already lawfully published. Schools and instructors may object or request removal at any time (see section 8).

• The specific school or instructor you enquire about receives your submitted contact details so they can respond.
• Trusted service providers who host and run the site. They process data only on our instructions.
• We never sell your personal data.

Your data is held on secure cloud infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. Where any data is stored or transferred outside the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with data protection law.

Enquiry and reveal data is retained only as long as needed to operate the service and evidence demand, then deleted or anonymised. Listing data is kept while the listing is live.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Schools or instructors listed from the public register may request correction or removal of their listing. To exercise any right, email data@irishdrivingschools.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
